Mr. Liu Shaodong also serves as a Director of the China Mining Federation and Vice President of the Anhui Mining Federation. Since entering the bulk materials industry in 2000, he has always been deeply rooted in the front line of the industry, driving the sustainable development of the enterprise with outstanding strategic vision and industry insight. In 2015, Mr. Liu Shaodong founded Changfeng Rongtong Group, and gradually built a diversified industrial pattern with mining resource development as the core, equity investment as the driving force, and coordinated development in the building materials field.

Under the leadership of Mr. Liu Shaodong, Changfeng Group has achieved leapfrog growth from scratch and from weak to strong through nearly 20 years of steady development and strategic breakthroughs. At present, the Group has grown into a key private enterprise with significant market competitiveness and brand influence in Anhui Province, continuously injecting momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.

Mr. Liu Shaodong attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility and actively promotes the Group's participation in social welfare causes. Over the years, the Group has donated a total of RMB 50 million in kind and cash to earthquake-stricken areas, health and epidemic prevention institutions, orphanages, villagers in poverty-stricken areas, and the Red Cross Society of China. Personally, Mr. Liu Shaodong has long funded the living and educational expenses of five poor students in mountainous areas of China, and promised to continue supporting them until they complete their university studies, practicing the value concept of "repaying society and passing on warmth".
